our Tahoe had a recall notice regarding engine failure. Was able to talk to a real person when making the appointment. we were greeted at the door when arrived for appointment and offered to wait in very pleasant waiting room with complimentary beverages and snacks or a ride could be provided, free of charge, to do shopping or whatever. the technician (Josh) was very informative to letting us know what the recall service was going to check on the Tahoe and approximate time would take to do the testing. They are replacing my blackout tape on my front doors. For some reason, the tape always starts to ripple on the edge. Hopefully, they can figure that out. I think this is the fifth or sixth time they have replaced them. I don't know if it has to do with the person putting it on or something with the 3M blackout tape or something with the car. Well, it is done now. It looks very good. It's probably the best I have ever seen since they started doing it. Great job for the man who put it on.

I dropped my car off for service and was pleased with the service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They even finished the work faster than they originally told me.
