Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

On the way to Lincoln from out of town and picked up a screw in our tire. While the wife shopped, the Tuffy Boys got me in and out in less than an hour. Solid!

Was leaving out of town and the tire pressure symbol came on. Brad was very prompt and helpful! Thank you for your great customer service!

Brad was awesome! He managed to fit me in for a coolant flush before my vacation to Colorado. They did a great job, thanks guys!

I’ve taken my cars in for oil changes and always had amazing service. This time my teenage daughter’s car needed work done. As a single mom, money is tight. I knew up front it would be expensive but I knew they would be honest about what needed done. Brad gave me quotes for numerous things. I got the two major things fixed for now. Not even an hour later, a hose malfunctioned and my daughter’s car started leaking coolant like crazy. I called Tuffys, Brad looked at it and Tuffys got it fixed as soon as possible at no charge (thank god bc I had just spent $986 there). So thank you Tuffy’s for always being honest, helpful and always having great customer service!

I would recommend Tuffy's to everyone! The owner connected with me as a person, heard my story and helped me navigate successfully through my car situation. This humanized customer service is exceptional and not what I experience with other mechanic shops. Thank you, Brad, for your exceptional service. My car was ready ahead of time and is running great!
