Christian Brothers Automotive South Lincoln

The service at Christian Brothers is second to no one. Aaron, the owner, has an absolutely amazing crew of guys working there. I’ve had 5 oil changes on my F350 pickup there and they never try selling you anything you don’t really need, but they do make sure that if there is a problem they already have it priced and give you the option to fix it. Always very professional and appreciative of your business. There are lots of repair shops out there, but these guys definitely separate themselves from everyone else.

First visit. What an experience. A+ customer service. Vehicle pulled up to the front door. Thank you card and a good bottle of water waiting in it! I will 100% be using them for future service.

Absolutely amazing!!! I have only had my car in twice now but I have nothing but good things to say. Great customer service, quick & efficient. Originally took my car in to replace a part after check engine came on but found the part in question wasn’t even causing the issue. On top of that the courtesy inspection revealed some additional issues I wasn’t even aware. While most places will just tell u what needs done & you have to accept it at their word, Christian Brothers sends you a virtual inspection w/ picture & video evidence of the problems they found. Communication was great through the whole process. I have owned my car for 9 years & went in to fix the major issue…

I have never had an experience like I did today. Easily booked my oil change online, waited in the nice living room like lobby, was offered snacks and drink, had my vehicle completely reviewed and given flying colors. When I left, there a cold water bottle with a thank you note waiting for my drive home. So nice. So easy. So impressed! Thanks Aaron and Tucker and crew!

I had a fantastic experience at Christian Brothers Automotive! I brought my car in for a power steering alert which turned into a radiator repair, and I was so impressed with their service. They completed the repair the same day, which was incredibly convenient. The team kept me informed every step of the way with helpful text updates, so I always knew the status of my car. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road safely. I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive for their excellent customer service and quality work. I'll definitely be returning for any future automotive needs!
