I wasn’t very impressed with my first visit to Meineke. I came in to get my muffler fixed up but was told nobody there could weld it and they said I should see a “muffler” shop. Andrew the service writer has been my point of contact. He has always been professional, polite, and patient, available to answer any questions and deliver my vehicle back to many within the time frame quoted. The building and grounds are clean and well kept. I notice that other customers are pleased with the service if we happen to be paying and picking up our respective vehicles.

I blew a tire and pulled into the Meineke parking lot by chance. The guys were kind enough to remove the damaged tire and install my spare within minutes, which allowed me to get myself to my own job on time. I just moved to Lincoln and have always gotten service at Meineke in other states. I couldn't be more pleased with the prompt, friendly and honest service at my oil change today! I love the convenience of booking appointments online and getting a $5 discount to do so! They do check brakes and tires but do not pressure you to get anything done you don't want to.
